Ghana Water Company Limited (GWCL) is a utility company, fully owned by the state. The company is responsible for potable water supply to all urban communities in Ghana.

GWCL currently operates eighty-eight (88) urban water supply systems throughout the country. Average production is about eight hundred and seventy-one thousand, four hundred and ninety-six cubic meters (871,496m3) per day (192 million gallons per day). Present potable water demand is estimated at one million, one hundred and thirty-one thousand, eight hundred and eighteen point eighteen cubic meters (1,131,8181m3) per day (249 million per day).

Urban water supply coverage is therefore about seventy-seven percent (77%). With a staff strength of three thousand, four hundred and seventy-six (3,476), GWCL serves five hundred and fifty thousand, six hundred and fifty-four (550,654) customers, seventy-four percent (74%) of which are metered and twenty-six percent (26%) unmetered.

 Funded through a grant from the World Bank Group and partners, the Ghana Climate Innovation Center (GCIC) is a green project incubation hub where entrepreneurs and startup ventures can access support to develop their innovative ideas into strong and viable businesses.  The Ghana Climate Innovation Center provides business advice and training, market development services, access to product testing facilities and collaborative engagement on climate policy. In this way, the GCIC acts as a national focal point, coordinating efforts in promoting the growth of locally relevant climate sectors. The global network of CICs also provide a platform to create international business-to-business linkages, enhance knowledge sharing and facilitate trade.

 Greena Fm (95.9) is a semi-autonomous unit of Public Affairs of University of Energy and Natural Resources, Sunyani, Ghana. The day-to-day management is handled by a Station Manager, there is a Management Board, made up of selected members of the university community.

Greena fm broadcasts on a frequency of 95.9 granted to it by the National Communications Authority for institutional radio stations.The station is not only a means to reach the university community with important developmental and educational messages, but is also used as a training facility for students interested in media relations and communications

GTV (Ghana Today Television is the national public broadcaster of Ghana, run by the Ghana Broadcasting Corporation. It commenced operations on July 31, 1965 and was originally known as GBC TV.

GTV broadcasts mainly local programming, with over 80% of the schedule consisting of original productions. Although its main production studio is located in Accra, capital city of Ghana, it has affiliations nationwide and covers 98% of the airwaves in Ghana, making it the most powerful mode of advertisement in Ghana. Although GTV is largely funded by the Ghanaian government, it also collects annual fees from viewers.

GTV currently broadcasts shows from international networks from regions such as Europe, US, UK, and Asia. Some of these shows include:In The House, The Cosby Show, Taina, Becker, Everybody Loves Raymond, The Oprah Winfrey Show, Family Matters, Moesha, Soul Food, King of Queens, PBS, Cartoon Network, NBA, Fresh Prince of Bel Air, Passions, Touched by an Angel, BBC Radio, as well as a host of others. Though most of these shows are not currently running on GTV, they once did or still are.
