Requesting Academic Services
- Attestation/Introductory letters are issued upon request by graduates and continuing students to introduce them to an organisation. The letter indicates the current status of the student and may also be issued in lieu of lost certificates. Introductory letters are issued upon request by continuing students to introduce them to organisations including high commissions and embassies in Ghana.
- Transcripts/statement of results: Graduates may request for transcripts of academic records or in the case of current students a statement of results for whatever reason. These documents provide detailed information on all courses registered and the corresponding grades.
- English Proficiency Letters: English Language Proficiency letters are normally used in place of English Language Tests in some jurisdictions. Students may request for English Language Proficiency to indicate that their programme of study is offered in English and are capable of writing and speaking English.
