The Registrar is also assisted by various grades of Administrative Assistants and other staff who perform senior administrative and managerial roles in Academic Departments and Administrative Units on behalf of the Registrar. Services in the Registrar’s Offices are provided through open, collaborative, and accurate communication, respect for all, innovative improvements in efficiency and effectiveness, and an active commitment to an environment of collegiality and professionalism.

ACADEMIC AND STUDENTS’ AFFAIRS DIVISION (ASAD)

The overall objective of the ASAD is to ensure that prospective and current students receive prompt assistance in terms of academic and students’ affairs services.

Legal Office

The Legal Office provides assurance that the manner in which University of Energy and Natural Resources proposes to act is legally defensible, within the scope of the University’s powers, and that all legal risks are appropriately identified and managed to the University’s benefit.

HUMAN RESOURCES DIVISION

The Office plays a major role by ensuring that quality and loyal personnel are recruited and given the required training for personal and institutional development.

UNIVERSITY RELATIONS OFFICE

As the official communication hub of the University, our goal is to support the University attain a world-class academic tertiary institution in Ghana and beyond.

GENERAL ADMINISTRATION DIVISION

The Division is primarily responsible for the coordination of the University’s Security Services, providing Municipal as well as the management of University vehicles.
