UENR Authority Letter Collection of Documents

UENR students who would like their certificates or any other documents to be collected by someone they have nominated must complete this form and email same to academic.studentsaffairs@uenr.edu.gh (undergraduate) or srgs@uenr.edu.gh (postgraduate) and copy the person nominated to collect the certificate. The nominated person should bring along proof of identification as completed on the form. No physical paper will be accepted.
