Mr. Bandoh Charles Kwame is an Assistant Lecturer in the Department of Chemical Sciences at the University of Energy and Natural Resources. With a passion for teaching and research, he is committed to imparting knowledge and helping students develop their skills and competencies.
As an Assistant Lecturer, Mr. Bandoh is responsible for delivering lectures, designing course materials, and conducting research in his field of expertise. He is also involved in mentoring students and providing academic and career advice.
Mr. Bandoh holds an MPhil degree in Solid State Physics from the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology (KNUST), Kumasi-Ghana. He obtained his Bachelor of Science degree in Physics in the same university in the year 2011 and served as a teaching and research assistant at the Department of Physics, KNUST. Mr. Bandoh is currently pursuing a PhD programme in Solid State Physics from Department of Physics, KNUST, Kumasi.
His current research area is synthesis, characterisation and photocatalytic studies of nanomaterials for the degradation of organic dyes in Water. He is also interested in synthesis and characterization of some inorganic nano-materials and studies of their optical and electronic properties for applications as solar cell materials.
Mr. Bandoh is an active member of the Ghana Science Association (GSA).
