Dr. Shadrack Kwaku Debrah is an applied entomologist with expertise in Commercial insect production, Integrated pest management, Insect ecology, Population dynamics of field and storage insect pests, Plant-insect interactions, Organic weedicides, and Biopesticides. He holds a Ph.D. that explored novel solutions for the mass production of African Palm Weevil Larvae for consumption from the University of Energy and Natural Resources. His research focuses on finding sustainable solutions that enhance agriculture production and reduce the use of conventional pesticides and weedicides aiming at developing eco-friendly alternatives for pest and weed management. In addition, Dr. Debrah has had an internship at the University of Copenhagen where he was involved in research on Ruspolia differens production.
