Ms. Elsie Mark-Anthony holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Public Health and Allied Sciences (Health Education Option) from the Catholic University College of Ghana- CUCG Fiapre, Sunyani (2014) and proceeded to the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology, Kumasi to attain a Masters Degree in Public Administration (2019). She also holds a Professional Certificate as a Chartered Professional Administrator from the Chartered Institute of Administrators and Management Consultants, CIAMC-Ghana (2020).
Ms. Mark-Anthony joined the service of the University of Energy and Natural Resources (UENR) in June 2016, and has served as a Senior Administrative Assistant for the past five(5) years and currently as a Principal Administrative Assistant under the schedule of Senior Member Issues at the Human Resources Division in the Registrar’s Offices. As a University Administrator, Ms. Mark-Anthony has attended and participated in several workshops/seminars on management and administrative procedures being adopted in the attainment of institutional goals.
She is a strong team player, a dynamic university administrator who has acquired experiences in organization and management, over the years geared towards the promotion of the mandate of the University.
