Gabriel Owusu-Ansah is a dedicated and passionate French teacher who joined teaching at the University of Energy and Natural Resources in 2021.

Before Coming to UENR, he was an adjunct Lecturer at the GIMPA Kumasi Campus for 6 years. He also taught French at Kumasi High School for 8 years and Opoku Ware School for 3 years.
He is committed to helping students gain proficiency in both written and spoken French.
He is currently at the final stage of completing his PhD studies (French and Francophone Studies) at the KNUST. He holds an MPhil French (Translation) Certificate from KNUST (2015). He had his Bachelor’s Degree from the University of Education, Winneba.

Apart from teaching, He is currently in charge of the translation bureau at the Department of Languages and General Studies, UENR.

His research area is in Translation, language and Culture.
