Currently serving as a Senior Administrative Assistant at the University of Energy and Natural Resources, Millicent plays a pivotal role in supporting the administrative functions of the institution. Her responsibilities encompass a wide range of tasks, including scheduling, coordinating meetings and events, managing correspondence, and providing administrative support to senior leadership. Millicent’s exceptional organizational abilities, coupled with her strong interpersonal skills, enable her to navigate complex administrative challenges with ease while maintaining a high level of efficiency and professionalism.
Prior to her current role, Millicent held positions in the banking sector, where she honed her skills in financial operations, customer service, and sales. As a Teller at Universal Merchant Bank (UMB) and Zenith Bank Ghana Limited, she processed daily transactions, managed customer inquiries and complaints, and promoted bank products and services. Millicent’s attention to detail, accuracy, and ability to work effectively under pressure were instrumental in ensuring smooth and efficient banking operations.
Millicent’s professional journey also includes significant experience in the mining industry, where she served in administrative and safety coordination roles. During her tenure at Newmont Mining Ahafo, she managed domestic travel arrangements, facilitated training programs, maintained office supplies, and coordinated stakeholder engagements.
