Shadrack Asomah holds both MPhil. in Crop Science (2022) and BSc. in Agriculture (2018) from the University of Energy and Natural Resources. Asomah is currently a Senior Laboratory Technician at the Department of Horticulture and Crop Production. His research interest is geared towards Sustainable and Organic Agriculture, Stored Insect Pests, Insect Ecology and Commercial Insects. Additionally, he is passionate about developing sustainable farming techniques to optimize agricultural productivity while protecting the environment. He has strongly advocated for eco-friendly pest management strategies by smallholder farmers. Asomah has collaborated with top-notch researchers locally and internationally which has yielded some peer-reviewed scientific publications. Currently, Asomah is contributing to knowledge by serving as a reviewer for some Q1 and Q2 scientific journals across the globe. Asomah is open to any collaboration (s) geared towards improving the lives of resource-poor farmers.
