FINAL YEAR STUDENTS TO VERIFY THE CORRECT ARRANGEMENT AND SPELLING OF NAMES
I. lt is announced for the information of all final year students to verify the arrangement and spelling of their names in the University Students Information System (USIS) and write to the Registrar for corrections if any.
- Any student who makes a request for correction of the name must attach the necessary documentation as proof.
- All requests must be routed through the applicant’s Head of Department to the Registrar not later than Monday, October 31, 2022.
- All final-year students are to note that this is an important exercise and that the names in the USIS shall appear on certificates to be awarded by the University.
- Correction in the arrangement or spelling of name(s) shall be inadmissible after the printing of certificates.
