I am Joseph Nyarko an Assistant Research fellow at Department of Horticulture and Crop Production. I had my Bachelor of Science Degree in Agriculture and Master of Philosophy in Crop Science at University of Cape Coast and I am currently enrolled in the University of Energy and Natural Recourse to pursued Doctor of Philosophy of Crop Science (plant pathology)
My research interest includes virus diseases of horticultural, vegetable and food crops virus characterization, diagnostics, plant-virus-vector interactions, development of integrated crop improvement strategies and climate change, epidemiology of viral and fungal diseases and food security, my current focus is on virus diseases of pineapple
