Ms. Abigail Codjoe is a Junior Assistant Registrar at the University of Energy and Natural Resources, Sunyani. She joined the university in June 2021. She holds a Master of Philosophy (MPhil) in Educational Administration and Management, from the University of Education, Winneba (2017), a Bachelor of Education (BEd) in Social Science (Economics & Geography), from the University of Education, Winneba (2009), and Teacher Cert’A’ from Kibi Presbyterian Teacher Training College (2000). Hitherto, she practiced as a Professional Teacher for eighteen years; teaching at the basic level (as a class Teacher) and the secondary level (as an Economics Teacher) respectively, and attained the rank of Assistant Director II.

She served as a Housemistress, Form Mistress, Examinations Committee Chairperson, P.T.A Secretary, and a member of several committees. Additionally, she assumed the position of Deputy Head of School in two prestigious private schools in Ghana (Cornerstone International Academy-East Legon and St. Martin De Porres School, Dansoman, Accra).

Abigail is open-minded, self-motivated, and an excellent team player with admirable human relations. She is adaptable, friendly, and a good communicator. She loves music. Psalm 127:1 “Except the Lord build the house, they labour in vain that build it: except the Lord keep the city, the watchman waketh but in vain” is her favorite quotation.
