Dr. Anthony Baidoo is a Lecturer in the Forest Science Department of the University of Energy and Natural Resources (UENR), Sunyani. He had his undergraduate education at Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology (KNUST), where he graduated with a BSc. Degree in Forest Resources Technology. He further studied at the University of Energy and Natural Resources for his MPhil in Social Forestry and Environmental Governance, which he completed with Distinction.
Dr. Baidoo completed his PhD at AgroParisTech, University Paris-Saclay, France, in a period of two years and six month where he undertook a research titled “Forest politics in the context of Global China: Essays on Chinese presence in Ghana’s rosewood sector”

Dr. Baidoo has had the opportunity to make academic presentations and deliver lectures within the scientific conference spaces and to Masters Students in Italy, France, the United Kingdom, Kenya, Switzerland and Germany. He is building an international academic profile in the area of Political Science with a specialty in Forest Policy and Politics.
