Mr. Richard Hammond is a result – oriented and versatile administrator with over 10 years of experience. He holds a Master of Public Administration and a Bachelor of Science in Physics from the University of Ghana and Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology respectively. He Joined University of Energy and Natural Resources in 2013 as a senior Administrative Assistant having completed his national service with the same institution. He was later upgraded to the rank of Principal Administrative Assistant in 2018 and subsequently promoted to a Junior Assistant Registrar in 2020.
Richard is currently the Assistant Registrar in charge of the Accra Office which serves as a facilitator and a liaison between the University and stakeholders in Accra.
