In response to the findings from the 2024 Student Satisfaction Survey, Management has approved the adoption of a QR Code–based feedback system, to beimplemented by theQuality Assurance and Academic Planning Directorate (QAAPD).
This system is designed to collect real-time feedback, strictly from students, enabling the University to address student concerns, complaints, and issues more efficiently and promptly.
The QR Codes displayed on alucobond will be mounted at strategic locations and in offices across both the Sunyani and Dormaa Campuses to ensure easy access for students.
We would like to encourage all staff and student leaders to provide the necessary support and cooperation to ensure the successful implementation and effective use of this initiative.
