I am a Senior Assistant Registrar at the Earth Observation, Research and Innovation Centre (EORIC), School of Engineering, University of Energy and Natural Resources (UENR), Ghana. As an accomplished university administrator, I have expertise in Human Resource Management with professional experience which cut across administrative management, human resource administration, information and records management, and institutional policy implementation.
In my current role, I am responsible for managing administrative operations and supporting human resource management functions within the Centre. My work involves coordinating day-to-day administrative activities, ensuring compliance with institutional policies and procedures, supporting organisational effectiveness, and contributing to strategic operational management within the University environment.
I possess extensive knowledge and practical expertise in administrative systems, human resource policies and procedures, records and information management, and organisational coordination. I have contributed to the institutional digitalisation initiatives aimed at improving operational efficiency and enhancing service delivery within the University.
My emerging professional and research interests are interdisciplinary and centred on leadership development, administrative and HR policy systems, digital transformation in higher education, Artificial Intelligence (AI), information and records management, cybersecurity, and data privacy. I am particularly interested in the intersection between administrative governance, human resource management, and technology-driven institutional innovation.
I hold a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology and Economics and a Master of Arts degree in Human Resource Management. I am also a Chartered Human Resource Management Practitioner and a professional member of the Ghana Chartered Institute of Human Resource Management (CIHRM).
With a strong commitment to institutional excellence, continuous learning, and innovation, I continue to explore opportunities for integrating technology, policy, and administrative practice to support effective governance and sustainable organisational development in higher education.
