In line with the Government’s No Fee-Stress Policy, all first-year (Level 100) students are required to provide their Ghana Card Numbers to enable the University to upload students’ details to the Students Loan Trust Fund (SLTF) portal.

Therefore, we respectfully request the following:

1. Update of Ghana Card Number on the Academic Tracker

All first-year (Level 100) students should log into the Academic Tracker (Students’ Portal) to update their records with their Ghana Card Number on or before 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday, 3rd November 2026.

Students should ensure that:

• The Ghana Card Number entered is accurate and corresponds exactly with the number on their official Ghana Card (GHA-……..).
• The updated information is properly saved in the portal.
• Failure to update this information may affect their eligibility for benefits under the No Fee-Stress Policy.

2. Application on the Students Loan Trust Fund (SLTF) Portal

All first-year students are also required to log into the Students Loan Trust Fund (SLTF) portal to complete the application form to be eligible for reimbursement of fees under the No Fee-Stress (No Academic Fees) Initiative.

Please follow the steps below to complete the application process:

a. Visit www.nofeesstress.sltf.gov.gh.

b. You will be directed to the dashboard.

c. Click on “No Academic Fees (Level 100).”

d. Select “Apply Now.”

e. Tick the box to indicate your agreement to the terms and conditions.

f. Proceed to complete and submit the application form.
