The University Relations Office wishes to inform the university community of a scheduled
vaccination exercise for all girls between the ages of nine (9) and fourteen (14) years. This
exercise is aimed at protecting participants against Human Papillomavirus (HPV) infection.
The vaccination will be conducted as follows:

● Venue 1: University Basic School
Date: Tuesday, October 7, 2025 – Thursday, October 9, 2025
Time: 8:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. daily

● Venue 2: University Clinic
Date: Friday, October 10, 2025 – Monday, October 11, 2025
Time: 8:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. daily

This important public health exercise is being organized in collaboration with the Sunyani
Municipal Health Directorate and the University Health Directorate.
All eligible participants are encouraged to avail themselves of this opportunity.
