UENR students who would like their certificates or any other documents to be collected by someone they have nominated must complete this form and email same to academic.studentsaffairs@uenr.edu.gh (undergraduate) or srgs@uenr.edu.gh (postgraduate) and copy the person nominated to collect the certificate.
