University policies are available through the UENR Policies section. For a concern involving safety, harassment, discrimination, academic misconduct or another serious matter, use the responsible university office and the procedure in the relevant policy. In an immediate emergency, use the University’s current emergency/security contact information.
Graduates can use the official UENR Alumni platform and alumni communications to update their records, access alumni information and follow alumni activities. Verify that any data-collection form or alumni service is linked from an official UENR channel before submitting personal information.
Follow the certificate-collection instructions issued for your congregation or contact the relevant academic office. If another person will collect on your behalf, use UENR’s current authority process and ensure the nominated person has the required identification.
Contact the responsible academic office or your school immediately with your index number and supporting details. Corrections should be reported before final graduation documents are prepared.
UENR publishes congregation announcements, graduand information and related documents through its official website. Students expecting to graduate should also monitor notices from their school and Academic and Students’ Affairs for current requirements and deadlines.
