Any student who has lost his or her student ID card should:

• First, write a letter to the Registrar’s office for card replacement

(Within the letter should include your full name, the programme of study, reference number, index number, and telephone number)

• After the letter is approved, he or she has to make a payment of Fifty Ghana Cedis (GHS 50) at Zenith bank with the following bank details: Zenith Account Number: 6011708994
• Scan and send the receipt obtained from the bank to studentsaffairs@uenr.edu.gh
