Ms. Abigail Yeboah-Kyereh is a highly skilled and dynamic University Administrator with over 10 years of experience in managerial and administrative roles. Known for her versatility in communication, she excels in both written and oral formats, complemented by confident presentation abilities.
Abigail holds a Master of Arts in Public Relations from the Ghana Institute of Journalism (GIJ) and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science with Sociology from the University of Ghana. She began her career at the University of Energy and Natural Resources (UENR) in 2012 as a Senior Administrative Assistant in the Pro Vice-Chancellor’s Office, and upgraded to Principal Administrative Assistant in 2017. In 2020, she was promoted to Junior Assistant Registrar, and upgraded to Assistant Registrar in 2022.
From August 2020 to October 2024, Ms. Yeboah-Kyereh served in the University Relations Office (URO), where she headed the Media Relations Section and the Publications and Documentation Department. Her work focused on developing communication strategies for university events, activities, and achievements, as well as creating engaging content for social media.
Ms. Yeboah-Kyereh is currently an Assistant Registrar at the Quality Assurance and Academic Planning Directorate. She demonstrates exceptional attention to detail, strong multitasking abilities, and a talent for thriving in fast-paced environments. She is recognized for her capacity to work effectively both independently and as part of a team, coupled with a strong sense of responsibility.
Abigail is an active member of the Institute of Public Relations Ghana (IPR Ghana), Women in PR Ghana, and the Ghana Association of University Administrators (GAUA). She is guided in her career by the inspiring words: “For the vision is yet for an appointed time; But at the end, it will speak, and it will not lie. Though it tarries, wait for it; Because it will surely come, It will not tarry.”
