Anna Arthur – Amissah has an MPhil Hospitality Management and BSc Hospitality Management both from the University of Cape Coast, Ghana. Having worked in the hospitality industry for over six years (Ghana and Liberia), she has acquired relevant knowledge and experience in hotel management. Her experience spans from front office administration and operation, team leadership for accomplishment of set targets, hosting corporate conferences and meetings, staff training, and hotel marketing and sales.
She has interest in organizational behavior, customer service, hospitality marketing and hospitality communication.
She joined the University of Energy and Natural Resources in 2021 as an Assistant Lecturer in the Department of Ecotourism, Recreation and Hospitality and currently the Attachment Coordinator for the same Department.
