Banleman Banan is a Senior Laboratory Technician/Medical Laboratory Scientist at the Department of Medical Laboratory Science University of Energy and Natural Resources (UENR). With expertise in Histopathology and cytology, she is committed to advancing laboratory science education and research.

Banleman Banan holds an MSc in Medical Laboratory Science from the University of Ghana, Legon and a BSc in Medical Laboratory Technology from the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology, Kumasi.

Her research interests include Biofriendly and Sustainable Protocols for Histotechnology and
Cytotechnology, Cervical cancer prevention and Quality assurance in the pathology laboratory.
With 9 years of experience in laboratory practice and 7 years in academia, she has been actively involved in teaching, research, and clinical laboratory work. She also collaborates with industry and academic partners to enhance practical training and research initiatives.
