Benjamin Nyieku (B. Tech CS, HND CS)
Benjamin Nyieku is efficient skilled personnel with over Nine years in various hands-on practical experiences in his area of study such as ICT services since 2016 to 2025.
He holds Bachelor of Technology (B-Tech) in Computer Science and HND in Computer Science in these universities: Sunyani Technical University (STU) formerly Sunyani Polytechnic and Kumasi Technical University (Kstu) formerly Kumasi Polytechnic respectively.
He has currently served for four years of the University of Energy and Natural Resource as ICT Support Technician / Help desk and Head of Hardware and Maintenance team.
He is analytical and pay attention to details and reliable as well as team worker with excellent oral, interpersonal and written communication skills.
Benjamin is equipped with corrective maintenance skills to resolve any ICT related problems using convergent thinking techniques.
He is consistent in training individual computer users (staff) on preventive method to avoid data lost using preventive maintenance guidelines.
The following are a concise breakdown of the number of years he has worked in the past:
From Sept. 2015 to Aug. 2016 at Effiduase National Health Insurance Authority with the position as IT Administrator & Data Entry Clerk.
From Oct. 2016 to March 2018 at Effiduase Gov’t. Hospital with the position as Data Entry & IT Officer.
From Nov. 2018 to Jan. 2019 at Sekyere East District Assembly with the position as IT Officer.
From Feb. 2019 to Feb. 2021 at Effiduase District Hospital with the position as Systems Admin. & Records officer.
He has also worked as mobile phone servicing Technician from 2009 to 2017 as a private worker.
He excels at assisting users with various technical issues and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations of various departments in the university.
Benjamin Nyieku is well-versed in a range of IT-related tasks, from hardware setup and maintenance to providing support for software applications, operating systems, and network connectivity.
He enjoys collaborating with cross-functional teams, troubleshooting complex issues, and training staff on best practices for technology usage.
