Dr. Ricky Yao Nutsugbodo holds a Bachelor of Science (Honours) in Tourism and an MPhil and PhD in Hospitality Management from the University of Cape Coast, Ghana. He joined the University of Energy and Natural Resources as an Assistant Lecturer in August 2014 and was promoted to Senior Lecturer in February 2021. At UENR he is a member of Academic Board, School of Natural Resources Examinations Officer, and has also served the University on some Committees and Boards.
His scope of research and practice include:
1. Service quality within the Tourism and Hospitality industry and Public Transportation Services
2. Women and ecotourism development
3. Hospitality and tourism entrepreneurship
4. Events management
5. Work family conflict within the hospitality industry
