Ellen Adoma Boateng, ChPA is a Junior Assistant Registrar at the University of Energy and Natural Resources, Sunyani. She has over nine years’ experience in administration of higher education. She exhibits innovation, tactfulness in the performance of her duties. Ellen was first appointed into the university as a Senior Administrative Assistant in September 2013 in the Registrars Offices where she served in the Procurement Office (now Procurement Directorate). She was transferred to the General Administration in 2015. Ellen was again transferred to the School of Graduate Studies in 2018 until she was upgraded to the position of Junior Assistant Registrar in 2021 and then transferred to the Centre for Distance Education and E-Learning where she has been serving till date.
Ellen hold a master of science degree in Strategic Management and Leadership, Commonwealth Executive Masters in Public Administration and a bachelor degree in Publishing studies all from the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology. She is a member of the Ghana Association of University Administrators(GAUA) and a practicing member of the Chartered Institute of Professional Administrators and Management Consultants Ghana.
Ellen have participated in several training on higher education administration and have acquired multi-cultural experiences when she participated in the cross-culture initiative of the KNUST during her study for the Master of Science degree in Strategic Management and Leadership.

Her schedules at various offices gave her the opportunity to serve to serve as a member, Secretary, and or recorder to a number of statutory and adhoc committee and boards in the University.
She has a number of publications; memoranda, proposals and reports to her credit.
