Ernest Bachela Mbawini is from Bawku in the Upper East Region and holds a Masters of Arts degree in International Political Communication from the Bournemouth University – United Kingdom, and a Bachelor of Arts Degree Journalism from the University of Education, Winneba. He is currently a Junior Assistant Registrar and Faculty Officer for the School of Agriculture and Technology, UENR-Dormaa Campus. Growing up, He had developed a strong passion and sustained interest in Communication , as he has served in various fields of communication: For instance, he has served as a Public Relations Officer at the Centre for Policy Development ( CPD-Ghana), a News Editor at Eagle FM and a Reporter at Ghana Broadcasting Corporation(GBC-Bolgatanga).Currently as an administrator at UENR, promoting and improving conducive working atmosphere and enhancing cordial relationships between the staff and consumers(students and parents) through efficient and effective communication is an area he cherishes most. He is religious , sociable, resourceful, a reliable team player who can work in any new environment and always prepared enough to confront new challenges
