I am Isaac Domangbang Gandaabie, a Senior Research Assistant at the Entrepreneurship and Business Sciences Department, School of Arts and Social Sciences (SoASS). I graduated from UENR with a Bachelor Degree in Resource Enterprise and Entrepreneurship and was crowned the Overall Best Graduating Student of the University amongst the batch of graduands. I was also awarded the Best Male Graduating Student of the School of Natural Resources (UENR). Isaac served as a Teaching Assistant at UENR after completion.
Isaac is hardworking, ambidextrous, and possesses the heart of an all-inclusive leader admired by many. I am dedicated to my task, pay attention to detail, and leave no room for job lag. As a researcher, Isaac has greater interest in researching the fields of marketing, entrepreneurship (small business development), and gender disparities in business. Again, I like reading about climate change and how the business atmosphere can be sustained to minimize carbon emissions into the ozone layer. Isaac is an avid user of research data analysis applications like Statistical Package for Social Sciences (SPSS) and the basics of Amos.
I believe that everyone has something unique to offer me, so I treat everyone with maximum respect and learn from people across all walks of life. I walk with the three qualities of every employee as identified by Warren Buffet: “intelligence, energy, and integrity.”. In my leisure hours, I like to read about nature, watch sports, and listen to music.
