Dr. Williams Kumi is a Lecturer at the Department of Mathematics and Statistics, School of Sciences, University of Energy and Natural Resources. He is a Financial Mathematician and a Statistician.

EDUCATION

He received his BSc. in Mathematics from Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology, Ghana, his MSc. in Financial Mathematics and Statistics from the technical University of Kaiserslautern, Germany. He holds a Ph.D. in Mathematics with concentration in Financial Engineering from the University of Mines and Technology – Ghana.

WORK EXPERIENCE
Following his undergraduate studies, he worked as a teaching assistant at the Department of Mathematics and Statistics, University of Energy and Natural Resources for a year in fulfillment of my National Service duty. He worked as Merchandiser for Dunham and Smith Company at the American Base, Germany for three years.
