“Nana Kwame Obeng-Ahenkora is highly dedicated and self-motivated who is willing to learn and adapt to new field. He is a good team-player; results oriented and have the ability to meet deadlines. In Quantity Surveying and Construction Economics and an M.Phil. in Construction Technology from Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology and University of Education (College of Technology) respectively. He is currently an Assistant Lecturer at the Department of Civil and Environmental Engineering with a specialization in construction and construction materials. His research focuses on Civil and Construction Materials with current research on exploiting recycled plastic waste as an alternative binder for paving blocks production, Major determinants of price increase of building materials on the Ghanaian construction market, Principal component analysis of factors influencing pricing decisions of building materials in Ghana, Prices trend of selected building and construction materials on Ghanaian construction market: 2011? 2016, etc.
