Rejoice Selorm Wireko-Gyebi is a lecturer at the School of Mines and Built Environment. She is a seasoned development planner with 16 years of experience in creating and implementing sustainable development strategies. She holds a PhD in Development Planning and an MSc in Development Policy and Planning from the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology. She has eight years teaching and research experience.
She has also previously worked as a research administrator at the College of Agriculture and Natural Resources and the Office of Grants and Research at the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology.
Rejoice joined UENR in 2018 and has been teaching courses such as planning for sustainability, planning theory, gender and sustainable development and research methods. She is a versatile researcher with skills in both quantitative and qualitative research. She has a strong background in policy analysis, stakeholder engagement and project management. Her research interest includes urban and rural planning, environmental management and safety and policy Analysis.
