Kwaku Obeng Mireku is a Chartered Surveyor and Lawyer. Mireku is the acting head of the Estate Organization of the University of Energy and Natural Resources. He also teaches on part-time on tourism and hospitality law. He holds MSc. Real Estate, BSc. Land Economy and a Bachelor’s degree in Law. He has been a professional member of the Ghana Institution of Surveyors (GhIS) since 2010. Mireku is a principal consultant at First Global Real Estate Ltd, a private real estate consultancy firm. Kwaku was enrolled as a barrister and solicitor of the Supreme Court of Ghana in 2020 and a member of the Ghana Bar Association. He has made several professional presentations relating to the surveying profession in Ghana and co-authored research articles on land matters that have been published in world renowned journals such as the Land Policy Journal. He is the author of ‘The Making of Surveyors’.
