Sylvester Debrah is a young, dynamic, and result-oriented Principal Administrative Assistant at the Pro Vice-Chancellor’s Office. Sylvester is currently pursuing an MPhil in Environmental Planning and Development at the University of Energy and Natural Resources. He holds a BA in Integrated Community Development and has acquired certificates in project management, Geography Information System (GIS), and statistical training. His technical proficiency extends to various software tools, including Microsoft Office, GIS, Photoshop, After Effects, and Illustrator.
