Warden Ivan Nyamekye is a Petroleum Engineer and an Educator by Training. He pursued his Master of Education in Curriculum and Instruction at Valley View university, Accra, Ghana and a Postgraduate diploma in Petroleum Engineering at Heriot-Watt University, Edinburgh, UK. He also had a Bachelor of Science in Petroleum Engineering at Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology, Kumasi, Ghana.

From January 2021, Warden Ivan Nyamekye has been working as a Senior Technician at University of Energy and Natural Resources and as part of his duties to mention a few, he-
• conducts reservoir fluid properties test to determine the liquid density, viscosity and surface tension of fluids.
• engages learners and facilitate their learning by guiding them through the principles and methods of working on fluids or solids in the Petroleum Engineering laboratory ensuring all environmental, health and safety principles are adhered to.
• designs test items and suggest them to the appropriate course instructors/lecturers to examine learners understanding in the petroleum Engineering discipline.
