Profile of Dr. Kusi Boachie Yiadom (HRM Odeneho Dr. Affram Brempong III)

Career, Academic Achievements and Expertise
Dr. Kusi is a Management Consultant, an Entrepreneurship Business Development and organizational intelligence Management expert. He is also a Relationship and Conflict Management Expert. Odeneho holds Doctorate Degree in Business Administration from California InterContinental University, USA, Master’s degree in Strategic and Consultancy Management from Paris Graduate School of Management, a Bachelors’ Degree in Commerce from the University of Cape Coast. He has extensive research work in the entrepreneurship, Emotional Leadership Development, Relationship and Conflict Management in both the corporate and the social sectors. He has also mentored several youths in these regards.

Professional Achievements
He holds several Professional qualifications and has recently been certified and admitted into the Chartered Institute of Leadership and Governance Global Association as a Fellow. He holds Professional Diploma in Microfinance Management from the University of Cape Coast, Certified Professional Savings and Credit Co-operatives from the Strathmore University, Nairobi Kenya. He is a certified Trainer of Corporate and Social Relationship and Conflict Management from Seattle, USA.
Furthermore, Dr. Kusi holds Certified Professional Advanced Credit Union Management from the Georgia University, Athens – Georgia State, USA. A Certified Professional, Strategic Leadership from Florida International University, Miami, USA. He has over 30years of working experience in the Microfinance industry and entrepreneurship development across Africa.
He is currently, the School Registrar for the School of Arts and Social Sciences, University of Energy and Natural Resources.
Odeneho, has enormous working experience in Business Development Management, Entrepreneurship Development and Relationship and Conflict Management both in Ghana and abroad.
Working Experience
He was the Coordinator for the National Entrepreneurial Innovation Plan and the British Council, Jobs for the Youth Project at UENR. He set up and managed the Business Development Innovation and Incubation Centre for the University of Energy and Natural Resources, Sunyani from May 8, 2018 until August 1, 2021. He was the Principal facilitator for the British project: Immigration and returnees’ empowerment programme that trained over 500 youth in entrepreneurship between 2019 to 2020. He has just been appointed the head of UENR Enterprise and the Endowment Fund Project of the University of Energy and Natural Resources.
He has attended 33 International Conferences where he presented research papers on 13 occasions across the globe including African countries, USA, United Kingdom, Germany, Canada and Spain respectively. He has consulted widely for several Microfinance companies including savings and loans, Finance Houses and Rural and Community Banks in Ghana, Kingdom of Swaziland, Malawi, Rwanda and Kenya respectively. He is the Executive Director of Integrity Wealth Management Ltd, Executive Director of Xteem Royal Properties Ltd and the Managing Director of EXX Royal Petroleum Ltd.
Leadership Roles and Policy Initiative Development
Odeneho Dr. Affram Brempong III, worked as the CEO of GESRO credit Union in Takoradi for 14 years from 2000 to 2014 and choked several successes under his tenure as the CEO. He served, as a Board member of Suma Rural Bank, he was a member of the Finance Committee Takoradi Area, the Church of Pentecost. He was the Co.-founder and Managing Director of First Liberty Microfinance Ltd in Sunyani and worked for the company until November 1, 2015. A member of Takoradi Redevelopment Committee for the oil discovery projects.
Odeneho was also instrumental in the Microfinance development policy in Ghana and the Credit Unions Movement in Africa. He is the former President of the Ghana Association of Credit Unions Managers. He is also the Former President of African Professional Association of Credit Union CEOs. He was also an active Member of the International Executive Society of Credit Unions, USA until 2014.
HRM served on the University of Energy and Natural Resources Quality Assurance Planning Implementation Committee. He also served on the Committee established to recommend policy initiatives for the Government of Ghana by the University (Ghana Beyond Aid). He is the Secretary to the National Chieftaincy Ministry Executive Committee of the Church of Pentecost.
He was appointed by the Pentecost Social Services as a consultant for the establishment and development of Credit Unions in the Church of Pentecost. He was the main founder of Pentecost Takoradi Area Credit Union (PENTACCU).
He is currently helping the Catholic University College of Ghana in developing their Entrepreneurship and Organizational Development Centres respectively.

Achievements and Development Initiatives
His Royal Majesty has initiated a number of projects to help develop the talents of the youth and job creation opportunities since he became the King of the British Gyaman Kingdom eight years ago namely:
The institution of Suma Akwantu Kese Festival to mobilize the kingdom for social cohesion and development of the youth.
The establishment of Satellite Campus of the University of Energy and Natural Resources at Suma Ahenkro, the royal capital of the Suma Traditional Area.
The initiative to establish the “Adinkra Village” an ultra-modern International Conference, Cultural Research and Development Centre to help preserve the rich culture of Africa for development of cultural entrepreneurs.
The establishment of Royal Garden at Suma Ahenkro in honor of King Kwadwo Adinkra of the then Gyaman Kingdom.
Resolution of both chieftaincy and social protracted disputes that have lasted over 26 years, which had deprived the people of peace and development.
He has received several honors and awards for his hard work, dedication, youth development and creating opportunities for the youth especially the empowerment project for young women within his Kingdom and the entire country (Ghana).
