In a gesture to demonstrate the University’s commitment to advancing a strong relationship with traditional institutions, the University on Wednesday, March 3, 2024, donated a cash amount of GHC10,000 including packs of water and cartoons of drinks to the Sunyani Traditional Council in support of the Final Funeral Rites (Doteyie) of the Paramount Chief, Nana Bosoma Asor Nkrawiri II. 

The event which took place at the premises of the Sunyani Traditional Council also offered the UENR delegation an opportunity to extend the University’s condolences and support to the Queen Mother, Nana Akosua Duaa Asor Brayie II, the Chiefs and people of the Sunyani Traditional Area during the mourning period.
